Private beta agreement
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to FINUXI’s private beta and keep control of accounting decisions and connected accounts with the participating organization.
Effective August 30, 2026
1. Private beta access
FINUXI is an evaluation-stage product. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued while we test security, reliability, and workflow correctness. You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure.
2. Your organization and authority
You may connect accounts and provide records only when you are authorized to do so for the applicable organization. You are responsible for membership access, connected-account permissions, source-data accuracy, and the legality of the data you submit.
3. Accounting control remains with you
FINUXI assists with evidence collection, deterministic matching, review, reporting, and auditability. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, approving actions, maintaining books and records, and deciding whether information is suitable for any filing, payment, or business decision.
4. Connected services
Gmail, QuickBooks, Composio, and other connected services are governed by their own terms and availability. You authorize FINUXI to use the permissions you approve only to provide the requested workflow. You may revoke provider access, but doing so may interrupt or prevent a workflow from completing.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use FINUXI to access another party’s data without authorization, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, or conduct unlawful activity. Attempts to cross tenant or account boundaries may result in immediate suspension and investigation.
6. Beta limitations
The beta is provided on an “as available” basis and may contain defects, incomplete workflows, delays, or provider failures. To the extent permitted by law, FINUXI disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from beta use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Privacy, termination, and contact
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. You may stop using the beta or request account closure; FINUXI may suspend access to protect data, integrations, users, or the service.
Questions about these terms may be sent to getfinoxa@gmail.com. We may update these terms as the beta changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
